Hi, I'm Tilly! I am a Senior Product Designer at Microsoft, where I have worked for seven years now.

I have had the opportunity to work on many different products across the organisation. This has given me experience designing at scale for multiple products that are used by millions of people.

Before Microsoft, I completed my masters degree in Design Engineering at Imperial College London. This engineering background has influenced my design work; In the past I loved using this to bridge the gap between design and engineering disciplines, with a specific passion for leveraging real data in design prototyping. Now I use it more to aid the team in using AI to vibe code and automating time consuming design processes.
